Jason Rocker is a partner with more than 17 years of public accounting experience with CohnReznick practicing in the areas of audit, finance, tax, and accounting services. His diverse experience consists of both not-for-profit and for-profit clients within several industries including affordable housing, Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs), New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs), Historic Tax Credits (HTCs), commercial real estate, government municipalities and agencies, and institutions of higher education. This variety of involvement provides Jason with the knowledge and flexibility to respond to all aspects of an engagement and many needs of a client.

Jason’s primary responsibilities include planning and performing audit engagements, including those in accordance with GAGAS, HUD audit guidelines, and OMB’ Uniform Guidance. He provides clients with a range of services, such as financial statement audits, tax return preparation, cost certification engagements for LIHTC and HTC projects, construction development reporting, employee benefit plan audits, and government contract and regulation compliance.  

In addition to the audit, reporting and tax compliance, Jason is committed to being a trusted advisor to his clients. His engagements are focused on the assessment of the organizational structures and recommendations to strengthen internal control within his clients to help them further succeed in their endeavors.
