Jarrett Bluth is the leader of CohnReznick’s New York Tax Practice. Jarrett has a broad range of experience in most aspects of taxation, with an emphasis on accounting for income taxes and strategic tax and business planning, including M&A transactions. He provides services to both public and privately held enterprises that operate multinational and multistate businesses across a diverse group of industries, including telecommunications, infrastructure, aerospace, manufacturing, distribution, and technology. His experience includes ASC 740 consulting; domestic and international reorganizations; JV structuring; transaction advisory services, including pre-acquisition due diligence and post-deal integration; and general business planning.
An entrepreneur and businessman at heart, Jarrett previously co-founded a private company in the telecommunications infrastructure industry. During that time, Jarrett raised capital from multiple investors; built company functions from the ground up, including sales, BD, operations and finance; and ultimately led and negotiated an exit of the business through an asset sale.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Jarrett had also spent over four years with a Big Four accounting firm, where he provided tax planning and compliance services to Fortune 500 companies.
