Greg Mochizuki has more than 17 years of experience advising private equity and corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions across the technology sector. He specializes in leading complex M&A engagements in the market, advising in technical areas such as valuation drivers, analytics/KPIs, and purchase price agreement negotiations and mechanisms.
Greg’s end-to-end advisory solutions extend from pre-deal offerings including due diligence to post-deal integration and separation. His extensive financial and accounting due diligence experience includes buy-side, sell-side, carveouts, spinoffs, mergers, and more.
Before joining CohnReznick, Greg held executive positions in the transaction practices for Big 4 and middle market accounting firms. He has also held finance roles at startups where he advised C-suite executives on sell-side M&A and capital raising strategies.
