Gary Franklin is a partner in CohnReznick’s tax practice. Based in the DC metro area, he has more than 30 years of experience serving private clients, including high net worth individuals, and clients in commercial real estate. Within commercial real estate, he advises developers and commercial and multi-family properties owners on structure, planning, tax compliance, and document review.

As a member of the firm's Private Client Services practice, Gary provides tax services to closely-held business owners and high-net-worth individuals. In this role, he serves business owners across multiple industries throughout the year while providing individuals with tax planning and consulting services. 

Prior to rejoining the firm, Gary spent 15 years with public real estate companies in various director and finance roles.
