Erin Blanding is a tax partner in CohnReznick’s Bethesda office with more than 10 years of public accounting experience in providing tax compliance, planning, and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and their closely-held businesses.

Erin has worked extensively with clients in industries including commercial and residential real estate, hospitality, and land development. Her responsibilities include engagement and staff management, which includes day-to-day oversight and client communication. She provides her clients with year-round tax planning strategies in addition to business and individual tax compliance and projections. 

Erin’s background includes comprehensive practical experience with partnership and individual taxation in engagements involving commercial and residential properties. In this capacity, she serves real estate developers, hotel owners and operators, homebuilders, and other owners and operators of commercial and residential real estate.
