Chris Aroh serves as the firm's Financial Sponsors Industry Leader. His primary focus is working with private equity, venture capital, and SBIC organizations, providing fund level audit and tax services. Throughout his career, he has also worked with manufacturing and distribution companies, many of them held by private equity groups. His experience includes providing audit, tax, formation and structuring to private equity funds, levered and unlevered SBICs, bank-operated SBICs, impact and BDC SBICs. In addition, Chris has extensive experience auditing private equity portfolio companies.
Chris has extensive experience in the implementation of new accounting pronouncements and financing alternatives and is often called upon to consult on technical accounting and auditing matters for CohnReznick clients. Before joining CohnReznick in 2002, Chris served as the CFO and treasurer of a publicly traded information technology company. Prior to that, he worked for a Big 4 firm where he served companies ranging in size from development stage to publicly-traded.
