Caleb Weber has more than 10 years of consulting experience, providing a range of advisory services for government contractors. These including FAR/CAS compliance, indirect cost rate structuring, cost reporting, and final incurred cost proposal compliance. He has significant knowledge of FAR and CAS standards, Generally Accepted Government Auditing (GAGAS) standards, Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) audit programs, cost allowability, allocability, and reasonableness, incurred cost submissions, and indirect rates.

With experience in several different accounting and non-accounting functions, Caleb manages contract audit teams for various audits including incurred cost, business system, and proposal audits. He oversees all facets of the audit process including planning, risk assessments, fieldwork and reporting, and review of work papers to ensure procedures have been completed, conclusions have been supported, and quality standards have been maintained. His work also helps contractors maintain current knowledge of FAR, DEAR and CAS standards.
