Brian's experience extends to a wide range of entities in the renewable energy space, including developers, infrastructure funds, tax equity investment funds, and engineering, procurement and construction contractors. In addition to leading audits of these companies, he provides advisory services such as due diligence and accounting consulting. Brian has helped numerous renewable energy firms develop accounting policies and navigate complex accounting issues, including hypothetical liquidation at book value, asset retirement obligations, variable interest entities, and various commodity contracts.
