Brian Gershen, a partner in CohnReznick’s Bethesda office, works with closely-held businesses assisting owners in maximizing their cash flows through year-round consulting and tax planning. In addition to his specialization with closely-held businesses, Brian has extensive experience working with clients across multiple industries including hospitality, professional services, and real estate.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Brian worked for a Big 4 accounting firm with a specialization in international tax and hedge funds. A certified public accountant in Maryland and Virginia, he currently serves as an instructor for individual taxation training and management skills training for the Firm.
