Anne Schrantz leads CohnReznick’s Assurance Practice in the Bethesda office and co-leads the Not-for-Profit and Education Industry Practice in CohnReznick’s D.C.-area offices. She has been with the Firm since 1990 and has focused on not-for-profit organizations for more than 20 years. Her clients include membership and trade associations, charities, philanthropic organizations, housing entities, foundations, and other not-for-profits.

Anne provides financial and compliance audits that include financial analysis, financial and management reporting, re-engineering, policy and procedures development, strategy, and planning. Her engagements include those involving the evaluation of internal control procedures and business processes. She has developed specialized compliance assurance procedures for significant and sensitive audit areas including restricted and designated funds and associated budgeting processes.

Anne has spoken on diverse accounting issues at numerous not-for-profit industry conferences and seminars.
