Andres helps clients navigate complex partnership transactions including capital account maintenance, income/loss allocations, and liability allocations. He provides a wide range of services to clients including accounting for income taxes, corporate tax and tax consulting issues, accounting methods, tax provision implementation, ASC 740 (FAS 109) preparation and review, and Uncertain Tax Position (FIN 48) preparation and review.
