Amber Rhodes has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting, providing assurance services to a variety of companies ranging from privately held to large, public companies. Her industry expertise includes real estate, financial services, and hospitality.
Amber has assisted public companies with 10-K, 10-Q, and other SEC filings and has experience with SEC annual surprise examinations and the related compliance rules and regulations for registered investment advisers.
Amber began her career at a mid-size firm specializing in financial services. While there, her clients included hedge funds, fund of funds, and registered investment advisers, where she provided both tax and audit services.
Amber is a graduate of the Dallas CPA Society’s Leadership Development Academy.
