Amber Rhodes has more than eleven years of experience in public accounting, providing assurance services a variety of companies ranging from privately held to large, public companies. Her industry expertise includes real estate, financial services, and hospitality.

Amber has assisted public companies with 10-K, 10-Q, and other SEC filings and has experience with SEC annual surprise examinations and the related compliance rules and regulations for registered investment advisers.

Amber began her career at a mid-size firm specializing in financial services. While there, her clients included hedge funds, fund of funds, and registered investment advisers, where she provided both tax and audit services. Her financial services industry experience began with a growing and transitioning $500 million web hosting and domain company. before returning to public accounting by working at BKMSH.

Amber is a graduate of the Dallas CPA Society’s Leadership Development Academy.
