With more than 10 years of professional services experience, he has advised on numerous transactions. These include platform investments, add-on acquisitions, sell-side transactions and carve outs ranging in value from several million dollars to more than $1 billion.

Aaron’s buy and sell-side financial due diligence services include Quality of Earnings analysis, Quality of Revenue analysis, provider compensation reviews, net working capital including debt and debt-like considerations, pro forma financial statement preparation and other related activities. His clients include physician practices, home health providers, urgent care and other healthcare facilities, diagnostic and laboratory services companies, durable medical equipment suppliers, and fertility providers.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Aaron provided transaction advisory services at two of the largest national accounting firms, serving clients in multiple industries but focusing on healthcare. Aaron began his career as an auditor at a Big 4 firm and worked at a boutique investment bank focused on nursing homes, memory care facilities/ and other related healthcare facilities.
