Milhollin joins CohnReznick from the EPA

New York, NY – May 8, 2025 – CohnReznick, a leading professional services firm, today announced that Chandler Milhollin has joined its Government and Public Sector Advisory practice. With prior experience at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Milhollin has expertise in Solar for All and the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF) and will work closely with Ted Kowalsky, CohnReznick Partner and Government and Public Sector Advisory Energy Practice Leader, to provide best-in-class solutions to awardees and recipients across a broad range of federal grant and loan programs . 

Milhollin has extensive background as an environmental engineer including leading federal air and hazardous waste environmental programs and driving impactful projects at the EPA while maintaining challenging deadlines and allocating funding. With more than eight years of EPA experience, she most recently served as the technical project officer overseeing $1B in funding for the $7B Solar for All Grant Program. 

In addition to holding a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering (BSCEE) with the highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Milhollin’s certifications include Registered Civil Engineering EIT, OSHA HAZWOPER 40, 40-HR RCRA, and Program and Budget Analyst.
