Based in CohnReznick’s New York City headquarters, Biderman brings more than 20 years of experience working in the alternative and regulated investments industry, serving clients that include hedge funds, private equity partnerships, fund of funds, and mutual funds.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Biderman was a tax partner in Marcum LLP’s Alternative Investments Industry Group, and also served as a tax Partner in KPMG’s Asset Management Tax Practice where he led all U.S. tax compliance and tax consulting services for leading asset management clients. Biderman began his career at PwC, specializing in alternative investments.
