Project Management

Ensure conformance and compliance within 2 C.F.R 200 requirements for large, federally funded grant programs.

Data Management

Utilize technology to identify and analyze resources, anomalies, potential inappropriate use of funds, issues, and program metrics to provide critical transparency for programs and detect and prevent fraud, waste, and abuse.

Reporting

Identify and develop the necessary data to drive meaningful reporting, compliance, transparency, and performance dashboards.

Call Center/Hotline

Set up and manage call centers, hotline numbers and confidential whistleblower numbers that can scale up and down as necessary.

Eligibility

Determine eligibility and identify outliers to drive policy change to avoid unnecessarily denying assistance.

Emergency Management

Manage and administer expedient, robust, and compliant public assistance recovery programs that deliver optimal results.

Create custom training programs and instructional videos to improve communications and maintain compliance as guidelines evolve over the lifecycle of a program.

Audit & Accounting

Provide assurance that funds are properly spent to achieve the intended results by delivering seamless and high-quality auditing services, including financial audits, performance audits, and compliance audits.
