Affordable Housing Executive Roundtables

Navigating Today’s Legislative Landscape

The stalemate playing out in Washington is not helping to move the Affordable Housing agenda forward.  Discussions regarding health care law, current government funding and debt limit have been less than fruitful.

So what does all of this mean for the affordable housing industry? What effect could tax reform have on the future of housing credits and your local housing market in general? How does the CRA effect the price of housing credit capital and should assessment areas be redefined?  Will the EITF change the accounting treatment for investments in affordable housing? And what are the implications of impending changes in economic policy (including the Fed's "tapering")?

You are invited to an intimate gathering in your choice of locations to hear from CohnReznick thought leaders. Beth Mullen, CohnReznick Partner and Affordable Housing Industry National Director, and Bob Moss, CohnReznick Principal and National Director of Governmental Affairs, will discuss the legislative issues affecting our industry and trends they are seeing for navigating the current landscape.
