Experience and credentials

Specializes in client engagements involving the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Program and co-leads the NMTC practice group as a member of the firm's Tax Credit Advisory team.
Works closely with Community Development Entities (CDEs), developers, financial institutions, and investors in complex tax credit transactions. 
NMTC experience consists of consulting and providing audit, compliance, and other assurance services to CDEs, investors, and qualified active low-income community businesses. 
Frequent speaker at NMTC conferences. 
Published articles relating to various NMTC topics.
Involved with CohnReznick's Renewable Energy Industry practice since 2012, working closely with clients that own and operate solar, wind, and fuel cell projects using partnership flip and leaseback structures. 
Worked with engineering procurement and construction (EPC) and tax equity clients.
Worked with clients in various sectors of the real estate industry including multifamily and commercial development. 
Prior experience includes work with clients that qualify for the IRC Section 42 low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC). 
Responsible for planning, supervising, and reviewing the fieldwork on his client engagements.
