Joseph Boulos is a Director with CohnReznick’s Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Practice. As a seasoned TAS Director and a certified public accountant (CPA), Joe combines financial acumen with industry expertise to analyze the sustainability, profitability, and earnings potential of companies across various industries.
Joe provides buy- and sell-side due diligence to private equity and strategic clients, and has worked in a variety of industries. His primary concentration is focused on the industrial industry, including manufacturing and distribution, as well as the construction industry. His experience includes performing quality of earnings and working capital analyses, profitability analyses, carve-out analyses, pro forma financial statement preparation, and review of purchase agreements. Before joining CohnReznick, Joe worked at a family office and, most recently, worked at BDO within their transaction advisory practice.
