With extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and healthcare insolvency matters, has been involved in some of the most complex bankruptcies and restructuring cases in the industry. These have involved issues such as health insurance fraud investigations, sale-leaseback transactions, and bankruptcy remote vehicles
