Significant experience advising on a broad range of international tax matters including subpart F and NCTI, foreign tax credit planning, corporate inversions, Pillar Two readiness, tax treaties, M&A (buy- and sell-side), tax due diligence, intellectual property acquisition and migrations and transfer pricing considerations
Deep expertise collaborating with clients across departments (finance, tax and legal) and with external counsel to implement practical approaches to international tax planning and compliance matters  
Worked extensively with clients and the IRS to navigate and resolve international tax-related controversy matters including audit support and private letter ruling relief
Written and spoken on a broad variety of international tax topics including international considerations for technology companies, tax accounting updates, FATCA, value-added tax and taxation of cryptocurrency
