Experience spans performing quality of earnings, quality of revenue, financial statements, net assets, and working capital analysis; preparing pro-forma financial statements; performing profitability and bridging analyses; converting cash to accrual accounting; and delivering value during carve-out assessments

Significant healthcare industry expertise includes financial buy/sell side diligence engagements in multiple sectors including dental groups, home healthcare, hospices, acute care, behavioral health, physical therapy facilities, urgent care facilities, pediatric care clinics, aesthetic medicine/plastic surgery, specialty practices (cardiology, nephrology, dermatology, radiology, ophthalmology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, etc.), physician management companies, specialty pharma, pharma distribution and manufacturing, and medical equipment manufacturing

Prior experience includes working in the mergers and acquisitions practice for one of the largest national accounting firms, providing transactional advisory services primarily for healthcare businesses
