Langhart joins CohnReznick as Managing Director

May 27, 2026 - CohnReznick, a leading professional services firm, today announced that Gunther Langhart has joined the firm as a Managing Director on our Private Equity Value Creation team. Based in Minneapolis, he will provide CohnReznick clients with strategic finance services. Langhart joins CohnReznick from a specialized consulting firm advising private equity, investment banks, and corporate clients inside and outside the M&A cycle.
