She also leads the firm’s Independent Sponsor practice, partnering closely with sponsors throughout the deal lifecycle.

More than 25 years of experience advising private equity investors, independent sponsors, financial sponsors, and corporate leadership teams across complex transactions and strategic initiatives
Works across the full transaction lifecycle, including buy- and sell-side due diligence, business transformation, and post-close value creation efforts
Advises public and private companies, both domestically and internationally, across a broad range of industries
Brings deep expertise in litigation support, reps & warranties insurance, and evaluating business models, cash flow, and financial projections
Identifies key revenue drivers, profitability opportunities, and cost structure efficiencies to support value creation and performance improvement
Provides quality of earnings analyses, assesses asset and liability positions, and evaluates working capital requirements and negotiating considerations
Supports post-close matters, including working capital verification and adjustment mechanisms, integration planning, and performance tracking
