Certified Public Accountant

Expertise across large and middle-market private equity firms and their portfolio companies including mergers and acquisitions, complex accounting, and financial reporting matters.

More than 20 years of experience addressing critical issues that arise from transaction execution through ongoing portfolio operations.

Provides guidance on revenue recognition, equity instruments, stock-based compensation, and lease accounting.

Deep experience with audits and strategic insights for private equity portfolio companies across multiple industries including manufacturing and distribution, industrial, services, consumer products, software, and technology.
