With more than 25 years of experience, Scott Szeliga provides audit, accounting, and consulting services to renewable energy companies, real estate owners and developers, tax credit syndicators, and governmental entities.

Certified Public Accountant
Works extensively with many New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) clients, Community Development Entities (CDEs), developers, financial institutions, and investors in complex tax credit transactions
Co-leads the NMTC practice group as a member of the Tax Credit Advisory team
NMTC experience consists of consulting and providing audit, compliance, and other assurance services to CDEs, investors, and qualified active low-income community businesses
Frequent speaker at NMTC conferences and has published articles relating to various NMTC topics
Involved with the Renewable Energy practice since 2012, working closely with clients that own and operate solar, wind, and fuel cell projects using partnership flip and leaseback structures
Experience with engineering procurement and construction (EPC) and tax equity clients
Additional experience working with clients in various sectors of the real estate industry including multifamily and commercial development
Prior experience includes working with clients that qualify for the IRC Section 42 low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC)
Responsible for planning, supervising, and reviewing the fieldwork on his client engagements
