Stephen D. Ebinger is an audit partner with CohnReznick and leads the firm’s Construction and Real Estate Industry Practices on Long Island. Since beginning his career in 1984, he has been serving entrepreneurial middle-market companies in the New York metropolitan area. He also serves as Engagement Partner for SEC registrants.
Stephen has a strong background working with the construction, manufacturing and distribution, real estate, logistics, and aerospace/avionics industries as well as expertise with professional service corporations and litigation support. He has assisted numerous clients through the business continuity process including generational transfers, sales to strategic buyers, and ESOPs. Stephen is qualified as an expert witness in construction-related litigation.
