Scott Smith is a director with CohnReznick who leads the efforts of the State and Local Tax Practice’s sales and use tax services.  He has over 20 years of experience in the multistate sales and use tax area.  Scott has a broad range of experience working with publicly held companies for a diverse group of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, research and development, biotechnology, construction, and retail.  He is also one of the CohnReznick’s resources for tax controversy.
