Extensive experience in U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting, annual and semi-annual/quarterly shareholder reports, security counts, seed audits, net capital and custody rule compliance, and internal controls (including SOX 404)
Additional experience leading complex global group audits, managing consolidation, tax/transfer pricing, and local statutory requirements across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas
Further experience collaborating with internal audit teams to design and execute comprehensive controls testing programs
Prior to joining, spent 18 years at a Big Four firm providing audit and assurance services
