As a member of CohnReznick’s CFO Advisory practice, Mohammad Hasham has more than 17 years of financial reporting and technical accounting experience providing audit services to both publicly traded and privately held companies.

Advises on a range of technical accounting and public and private company reporting matters
Assists clients with SPAC transactions, IPOs, implementing ASC 606 revenue recognition and ASC 842 leases, managing SEC filings, and overseeing financial reporting and audit support
With a strong focus on capital markets, he also advises domestic and international companies on a range of issues involved with going public
Additional experience includes advising on new accounting standards implementation inclusive of U.S. GAAP, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Canadian GAAP (ASPE) and has been involved in ERP systems conversions, mergers and acquisitions, and stock-based compensation
Before joining CohnReznick, Mohammed was a Managing Director in a Big Four firm’s Accounting Advisory Services group
