Jeff Hollman is a partner in CohnReznick’s Los Angeles office with more than 15 years of experience providing accounting, auditing, and tax services to both public and privately held companies. He specializes in providing a variety of services to companies in the retail and consumer products, manufacturing and distribution, and cannabis industries. Jeff works with a wide range of clients including start-up companies, national retail chains, vertically-integrated cannabis operators, and consumer product SEC filers. He co-leads the efforts of the firm’s Manufacturing and Distribution Industry practice in Southern California and is an active member of the firm’s Cannabis Industry practice in the Southwest Region.
Jeff has significant experience assisting companies with technical matters such as purchase accounting, debt, and equity transactions and stock-based compensation. He leverages his technical expertise with his industry knowledge to provide value-added solutions to his clients. Jeff is accustomed to providing clients with a full-service approach, performing audits and assisting in the corporate and business owner tax returns.
