Craig Podradchik provides audit and advisory services for public and privately held companies. He primarily focuses on providing attestation services for large companies in the franchise, country club, professional services, healthcare, System and Organization Controls (“SOC”), biotech, construction, manufacturing, and retail industries. He also serves corporate pension and insurance plans. 

In addition to performing compliance services, Craig evaluates the effectiveness of companies’ internal control environments under Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. His expertise includes SOC 1, 2 and 3 Audits and he holds Advanced SOC for Service Organization Certification.

Before joining CohnReznick, Craig was with a Big Four firm where he was responsible for financial statement presentations, footnote disclosures, debt offerings, equity offerings, agreed-upon procedures, compilations, and securitizations.
