Cindy McLoughlin leads CohnReznick’s Consumer, Hospitality, and Manufacturing Practice (CHAMP), providing services to a wide range of clients in these industries. With more than 20 years of experience, she has expertise providing audit services to mid through large-sized companies while specializing in SEC audit requirements for public companies. She has also provided audit services for large and private equity-backed hospitality portfolio companies. As CohnReznick’s Hospitality Industry Leader, Cindy serves many different hospitality companies with specific expertise in the franchise sector.
Before joining CohnReznick, Cindy was the partner in charge of the audit practice of a large, national accounting firm in Long Island, New York where she led numerous engagements and served as the concurring partner on the audits of several large public companies. She also held responsibilities there as an internal audit quality reviewer.
In 2012, Cindy received the Corporate Leader Award from Long Island Women’s Agenda. She was also named as one of Long Island Business News’ Top 40 under 40, and one of Long Island’s Top 50 Most Influential Women in Business. The previous year, the Long Island Center for Business and Professional Women selected Cindy to receive their Achievers’ Award. Cindy is an advisory board member for Friends of Karen, a board member of the Marty Lyons Foundation, a board member of the James Beard Foundation, and a former audit committee member of the American Heart Association.
