Regulatory compliance experience includes the implementation of SOX internal controls; reviewing SEC 34 Act filings (Form 10K, 10Q, and 8K), SEC 3 Act filings (S-1, S-3, S-4, S-8), and related comfort letters; and U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting
Proactively advising clients on managing SEC and PCAOB regulatory changes
Extensive SEC reporting experience includes public offerings of debt and stock as well as annual and quarterly reporting to the SEC
Before joining CohnReznick, he was a partner for a Big 4 firm where he served as the audit engagement partner for two components of a Fortune 100 aerospace and defense company’s engagement and was the engagement partner at the issuer level for multiple SEC clients
