Specializes in the valuation of complex financial instruments including options, warrants, debt, common, and preferred securities for financial reporting and tax purposes
Experience includes development and articulation of selected valuation methodologies, financial statement diligence/analysis, and preparation of financial models
Provides valuation opinions for clients, client auditors, and regulatory authorities
Before joining CohnReznick, Anthony was a managing director for a Big Four firm’s Economic and Valuation Services practice
In his Big Four role, Anthony was a key thought leader for the firm’s complex security and stock compensation teams
