Steve’s focus on middle market companies has enabled him to serve as engagement partner on a variety of engagements in the technology, manufacturing, biotech, professional services, and healthcare industries. He has extensive experience advising clients on business combinations, SEC registration statements, internal controls, financial instruments, stock-based compensation, and other technical accounting, reporting, and auditing matters.

Steve began his career in a Big 4 accounting firm where he served middle market public and private companies in the manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and technology industries.
