Michael Francescani is a Managing Director in CohnReznick’s Project Finance & Consulting practice. His nearly 20-year career includes more than a decade in real estate investment and development prior to joining CohnReznick. Michael brings a unique combination of legal, tax, accounting, and real estate expertise to help clients structure and execute complex tax-advantaged real estate transactions.

Advises clients on a broad range of state tax credit programs and oversees due diligence on behalf of state tax credit investors and syndicators
Develops and delivers technical education programs on affordable housing, tax credits, and emerging industry topics
