Jarrett Bluth is the Managing Partner of CohnReznick’s New York office, where he leads a multidisciplinary team delivering assurance and tax services, as well as integrated support for complex business challenges through collaboration with CohnReznick teams in accounting, valuation, consulting, M&A, transaction advisory, and more. The office serves a broad range of industries, providing deep expertise in areas such as financial services, private equity, commercial real estate, consumer and retail, hospitality, manufacturing and distribution, technology, media, and family offices.

Combining more than 20 years of experience and perspectives as an advisor with five years as an owner/operator, Jarrett delivers practical strategic insights that support decision-making and drive operational performance and long-term value creation.

Certified Public Accountant

Broad range of experience in most aspects of taxation, with an emphasis on strategic tax and business planning, M&A transactions, and value creation throughout the lifecycle of private equity-backed portfolio companies.

Previously co-founded a private company in the telecommunications infrastructure industry where he led capital raises, operations, and ultimately negotiated a successful exit.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, spent over four years with a Big Four accounting firm providing tax planning and compliance services to Fortune 500 companies
