Current client responsibility includes the delivery of financial and compliance audits, tax, and business advisory services
Audit engagements are frequently subject to HUD and various state audit guides, government auditing standards (GAS), and compliance with government regulations OMB-A133 and various contractual agreements
Performed numerous mortgage and contractor cost certifications for submission to HUD, and prepares similar reports and LIHTC cost certifications for submission to various state agencies
