Craig Golding is a CohnReznick partner with more than 21 years of experience working with both private and public companies in a variety of industries. He has significant experience working with growth-oriented companies throughout their life cycles and assists clients with various aspects of capital raising through debt, private equity, and public equity offerings.
As a leader in the Firm’s Technology and Life Sciences and Not-for-Profit and Education Industry practices, Craig has a firm understanding of both industry and technical developments within these industries. He is also a member of the Firm’s Public Company Audit Practice which gives him exposure to new developments affecting capital markets and SEC registrants.
Craig joined CohnReznick in 2009. Prior to this, he held executive positions in private industry, gaining experience in the areas of operational accounting and financial reporting. His background in private practice and public accounting, which includes experience with GAAP, GAAS, GAGAS, PCAOB, and SEC rules and regulations, enables him to understand the demands and expectations of his clients and to offer best practice solutions on a proactive basis.
Craig currently serves as a board member and the audit committee chair for Junior Achievement of San Diego and served the past five years as a board member for the Association of Corporate Growth – San Diego.
