Craig A. Golding, CPA, is a partner with CohnReznick with more than 27 years of experience working with both private and public companies in a variety of industries. Craig has developed experience serving fast-growth emerging companies to large established companies with significant operations both domestically and internationally. He works closely with business owners and management teams who are seeking guidance regarding business combinations, debt and equity transactions, and technical accounting application.
As a leader within the firm’s Technology, Life Sciences, and Not-for-Profit and Education Industry practices, Craig has a strong understanding of both industry and technical developments within these industries. Craig uses this experience to advise his clients on trends within the industry and relevant technical accounting.
Craig joined CohnReznick in 2009. Prior to that, he held executive positions in private industry, which provided him with a wealth of experience in the areas of operational accounting and financial reporting. Craig’s background in private practice and public accounting, which includes experience with GAAP, GAAS, GAGAS, PCAOB, and SEC rules and regulations, has given him great perspective to understand the demands and expectations of his clients and to offer best practice solutions on a proactive basis.
