Ajay Tailor joins CohnReznick as assurance partner in commercial real estate
New York, NY — September 30, 2026 —CohnReznick, a leading professional services firm, today announced that Ajay Tailor has joined the firm as an Assurance Partner in its Commercial Real Estate practice.
Based in the firm’s New York City office, Tailor provides assurance and advisory services to commercial real estate entities, private equity firms and REITs, . He works closely with executive teams to help strengthen the accuracy, transparency, and reliability of financial reporting for investors, lenders, and other stakeholders. His experience includes audits of commercial real estate, hospitality, and multifamily residential organizations, as well as advisory services related to real estate financings, acquisitions, and dispositions.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Tailor was a member of the real estate and hospitality services practice at a major international tax, assurance, accounting, and advisory firm. A native of the UK, he earned his B.A. at the University of Nottingham.
