Yolimar Martinez-Nadal, CPA, MST, is a Tax Partner in CohnReznick’s Tysons office. With 20 years of experience in tax consulting, Yoli has helped clients save significantly on taxes by maximizing available tax credits and incentives. Her client base includes technology, government contracting, professional services, and financial service firms. She also provides guidance in tax structuring for mergers and acquisitions and tax reporting under the provisions of ASC 740.
Yoli has managed complex corporate and partnership tax returns, including companies with international operations. Her clients include middle market, venture capital and private equity backed, publicly traded, and privately owned companies, and other high-profile corporate clients. Her areas of expertise include ASC 740 financial reporting, business combination, corporate tax, due diligence, international tax, mergers and acquisitions, tax compliance and planning, and tax controversy.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Yoli led the Washington, D.C.-based Technology & Life Sciences corporate tax practice at a leading national accounting firm. She spent approximately eight years at a major global accounting firm and over five years with a top 10 professional services firm.Education
