Experience in debt restructurings, add-on acquisition integration, portfolio-wide reporting, due diligence, purchase price accounting, and working capital adjustments.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Tyler was a Vice President in the Operating Group at a middle market private equity firm
Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of a private equity-backed hospitality platform, overseeing two luxury wellness resorts in the U.S. and Switzerland, and worked in the Valuation and Business Modeling practice at a Big 4 firm
