With 25 years of public accounting experience in partnership and corporate taxation serving both public and privately held companies, Shuja specializes in serving large to mid-size companies and has substantial experience with tax planning, compliance and tax consulting in the energy sector and private equity funds. He has significant experience with private equity funds and their portfolio companies’ tax planning and reporting issues.  Shuja started his career with a Big 4 global public accounting firm and has served as a Tax Partner at a top 5 public accounting firm.
