Sean Maguire has more than 20 years of public accounting experience focusing on the audits of publicly traded and privately-held companies, primarily large and middle market enterprises. Based in the Parsippany, NJ office, he also serves as a review partner in the Firm’s Quality Control Department.

In the public sector, Sean has coordinated and supervised fully integrated audits of financial statements and internal controls and has participated in audit services related to registration statements, stock offerings, and other public filings. In the private sector, he has been responsible for audits of national manufacturers, distributors, resellers and logistics companies. Additionally, he provides counseling on accounting and tax matters to a diverse range of non-attest private company clients.

Sean has played key roles in some of CohnReznick's high profile business investigation engagements and has supervised numerous lender service surveys on behalf of prominent national banks. He serves on several internal committees that develop approaches to emerging issues and regularly leads training programs on accounting and auditing topics. He is also instrumental in the Firm’s in-house inspection process.
