Sean Maguire has more than 20 years of public accounting experience focusing on the audits of publicly traded and privately-held companies, primarily large and middle market enterprises. He is also a review leader in the Quality Control Department.

In the public sector, Sean has coordinated and supervised fully integrated audits of financial statements and internal controls and has participated in audit services related to registration statements, stock offerings, and other public filings
In the private sector, he has been responsible for audits of national manufacturers, distributors, resellers, and logistics companies
Provides counseling on accounting and tax matters to a diverse range of non-attest private company clients
Sean has played key roles in several high-profile business investigation engagements and has supervised numerous lender service surveys on behalf of prominent national banks
Serves on several internal committees that develop approaches to emerging issues and regularly leads training programs on accounting and auditing topics
Instrumental in the in-house inspection process
