Sasibeh (Sas) Senay Beyene is a Partner in CohnReznick Advisory’s Renewable Energy practice and Co-Leader of the firm’s Data Centers Practice. With more than 20 years of global and domestic experience, Sas advises renewable energy developers, infrastructure investors, and digital infrastructure companies – including data center operators – on complex tax strategy, structuring, and compliance.

Sas specializes in tax planning and execution across large-scale renewable and infrastructure projects, with deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions and transactional structuring. He works closely with integrated solar and storage platforms, private equity sponsors, and corporate clients navigating capital-intensive investments and related tax considerations.
