Audits law firm employee benefit plans and has extensive experience working with clients that are subject to ERISA and DOL reporting requirements including 401(k), 403(b), defined benefit, and health and welfare plans
Experience advising clients on various aspects of SEC rules and regulations to assist them in complying with increasingly complex accounting and reporting issues
Frequently communicates with audit and finance committees and boards of directors when performing periodic reviews and annual audits
Under Rocco’s leadership, the Law Firms practice was named a 2021 Top 3 "Best Business Accounting Provider" by National Law Journal readers nationally and in the Washington, DC area
