Led the carve-outs of three substantial business units from a technology manufacturer and supported the transition of one of the carveouts, which sold for $2.3 billion, to another private equity buyer
Specializes in IT due diligence, evaluating IT functions, ERP, CRM, and HRIS systems alongside infrastructure assessment
Previous experience working in the private equity practice of a global restructuring firm where he focused on all parts of the deal cycle and overseeing large integration teams
Additional prior work experience includes working at Big Four firms, executing on approximately 20 diligences per year
